Every topic, word and site in the directory can be a feed of its own. Say what you want below, copy the address into any RSS reader, and new posts arrive there as the feeds publish them.

RSS gives you one feed of a topic's newest posts. OPML is a list of the topic's feeds themselves: import it into a reader and you follow each one from its publisher. Every topic page has both.
Building the address by hand
Add any of these to https://rss.mobi/rss.xml. Filters combine — a post has to pass every one — and several values in one filter, separated by commas, mean any of them. A filter the directory cannot read is left out rather than answered with an error, since a reader app has no way to show one.
tag=ai,robotics- Posts filed under any of these topics — the last part of a topic page's address.
q=open source- Posts whose title or excerpt has every one of these words. Put a phrase in quotes to keep its words together.
exclude=deal,sponsored- Leaves out a post whose title has any of these words — whole words, so “deal” leaves “Ideal” in.
host=theverge.com- Posts from these sites only, by address, without www.
feed=hacker-news- Posts from these feeds only — the last part of a feed page's address.
lang=en- Posts in one language, by its two-letter code.
since=2026-09-01- Posts published on or after this date.
limit=50- How many posts the feed carries: 30 unless you say, 100 at most.
For example, /rss.xml?tag=gaming&lang=en&exclude=deal. The same filters work on the JSON API, and a combined feed keeps a set of them under a name of your own.
What arrives in them
Each post's title, a short excerpt, its picture and a link to the original — the whole post is on the publisher's site. Posts arrive as the directory checks its feeds: within an hour for a feed people read, less often for one nobody has opened in a while.
